Lead Commercial Lending Servicing Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for leading moderately complex to complex servicing activities, ensuring accurate execution, regulatory compliance, and superior customer outcomes. The role also serves as a platform subject matter expert (such as: Loan IQ, LUCAS, STUCKEY etc.) and owns training and talent development initiatives for the ABL servicing group.

What you'll do

• Review and negotiate complex loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications
• Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
• Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics as related to efficiencies and effective processes
• Coordinate servicing activities to resolve open customer issues, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenance
• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Compliance

• SOP writing
• Portfolio management
• Any graduate
