Lead Consultant(Development)

About the role

To lead or be a part of the project team to develop / implement the solution/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality.

What you'll do

• Design and develop new tools as per the client’s requirements and/ customize the existing tools
• Lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices
• Prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation
• Coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders
• Support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship

What you need

• 6–10 years in software engineering
• Any graduate
