What you'll do

• Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead workshops to understand business needs, perform fit-gap analysis, and map current finance processes to Oracle best practices
• Testing & Validation: Create functional specifications, develop test scripts, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Required Qualifications & Experience
• Being a role model for taking initiative and ensuring others take initiative, removing obstacles for others
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively support resolution
