About the role

Crop Insurance Domain Consultant responsible for bridging business and technology teams throughout the Data Modernization program.

What you'll do

  • Provide crop insurance subject matter expertise for policy, claims, billing, reporting, and underwriting processes
  • Define business requirements, data definitions, KPIs, and reporting expectations for modernization initiatives
  • Validate source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation results to ensure business accuracy
  • Collaborate with Guidewire, CIMax/DB2, and Databricks teams to establish canonical data models and trusted datasets
  • Support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational reporting needs
