About the role

The Senior SAP SD/LE Consultant (L3) will serve as the functional lead for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes within the Reckitt SAP landscape. The role will be responsible for ensuring stable application operations, leading complex incident and problem resolution, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting business transformation programs across Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes.

What you'll do

SAP SD & LE Functional Leadership
Act as the primary L3 functional expert for SAP SD and Logistics Execution
Provide leadership for complex incidents, problem investigations, and major service disruptions
Ensure stability, performance, and compliance of SAP Order-to-Cash processes
Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues
