About the role

Leads support delivery for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne landscape, owning incident/problem resolution, coordinating patches and minor enhancements, and mentoring junior team members

What you'll do

  • Lead support and troubleshooting across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules in scope
  • Own incident, problem, and change management for the JDE landscape
  • Drive root cause analysis for recurring JDE issues
  • Coordinate JDE patches, ESUs, and version/upgrade activities
  • Resolve UBE/report issues, batch job failures, and interface errors
