About the role

The SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) Consultant – AMS is responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements for manufacturing operations running on SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud. The consultant ensures smooth integration between shop floor systems and enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP Manufacturing Execution.

What you'll do

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for manufacturing processes within SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets raised by business users
  • Data collection and manufacturing confirmations
  • System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
  • Monitor system interfaces between SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud and SAP ECC
