Lead Consultant -Security

About the role

The Lead Consultant – This is a Security SME position in Orange Cloud for Business Operations entity. He is accountable for Delivery of Security Service, a private/shared/public cloud platform, or an infrastructure service. He is the key point of contact for the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), regarding the Security services under his responsibility; he is in direct relation with the SDM and even the customer to Provide Technology Representation.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier-2 network security support for firewall environments across multiple customers
• Act as a primary interface with external clients in a highly visible role
• Responsible for architecture design, initial configuration, and ongoing management of Firewall, VPN, IPS, and Proxy systems
• Deliver 24x7 production support , including off-shift activities and on-call rotation, to operate and maintain security elements
• Troubleshoot complex, end-to-end network security issues
