What you'll do

  • BEx Process Assurance and Operational Excellence Lead
  • Lead continuous process improvement through Challenges Worth Solving (CWS), Structured Problem Solving (SPS), and BPR initiatives
  • Enhance automation, reduce manual errors, and improve operational efficiency by implementing digital transformation strategies
  • Streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve interdepartmental efficiency by leading cross-functional projects
  • Ensure measurable improvements by defining and tracking performance metrics aligned with business objectives
