About the role

This is a full-time role with responsibilities spread between end user support and technical development of overall Medallia and Snaplogic platform supporting Schneider’s Customer Voice program. The person should be excellent in communication, stakeholder management and should have previous experience working with external vendors as well as implementation of SaaS solutions within a global company What will you do?
