About the role

The Chief of Staff to the Chief Business Officer serves as a strategic partner, enabling the CBO to operate effectively by driving strategic initiatives, business planning, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and executive decision support. This role acts as the central coordinator for business priorities, ensuring timely execution of key initiatives while improving organizational effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Partner with the CBO to define annual, quarterly, and monthly business priorities
• Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans with clear ownership and milestones
• Drive cross-functional programs that are critical to business growth and operational excellence
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions
• Support the CBO in executive decision-making through data and structured analysis

What you need
