Lead Data Analyst, Growth

About the role

As Lead Analyst for Growth Data, you'll own the analytics function for Headout's growth teams and be the strategic partner to growth leadership. This isn't a reporting role; you'll shape how we measure, forecast, and accelerate Headout's acquisition and retention engine.

What you'll do

• Also mentor analysts, raise the bar on analytical rigor, and ensure insights are not just correct, but trusted and adopted
• Build systems that help Growth teams anticipate what's coming, not just measure what happened
• Decode what scales globally versus what needs local nuance, and build frameworks that work across markets, seasons, and channels

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Data analysis
• Python
• Any graduate
