About the role

Write the purpose for which the job exists (in 2-3 lines) The person will be responsible for managing the company's borrowing from debt markets, investment in HQLA, and treasury strategies across domestic and international markets. The role will ensure optimal cost of funds, strong liquidity management, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory frameworks, while building and nurturing key relationships with lenders and market participants.

• Write the key results expected from the job and the supporting actions for each of these key result areas (For a majority of jobs typically there could be 4- 7 key…
• Mobilization of resources from domestic & international debt markets
• Mobilize funds through private placement and public issue of NCDs/CPs
• Raise External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs) from overseas lenders, ensuring compliance with RBI/FEMA
• Continuously monitor fund inflows/outflows to manage liquidity for business demands
