About the role

The Lead – Demand Planning & S&OP will own end-to-end consensus forecasting, market demand intelligence integration, and the executive S&OP orchestration at The Whole Truth (TWT). This role is critical for driving forecast accuracy across fast-growing channels (D2C, Quick Commerce, Modern Trade) and ensuring

What you'll do

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align on volume and revenue projections
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Growth teams to
• Integrate commercial insights, promotional calendars, new product launch (NPI) projections, and
• Market intelligence into rolling forecasts
• Forecast Accuracy (MAPE/FA), Forecast Bias, and channel sell-through dynamics to optimize inventory

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
