About the role

Internal – Projects, Design, PMO, Procurement, Quality, Safety and SBU leadership teams External – MEP/structural/facade consultants, PMC/GC, labs, vendors and authorities Review and approve structural schemes for efficiency, buildability and constructability (systems, spans, grids). Conduct in-house peer review of DBR, geotechnical reports, analysis models, design calculations and reinforcement detailing.

What you'll do

  • Review and approve structural schemes for efficiency, buildability and constructability (systems, spans, grids)
  • Conduct in-house peer review of DBR, geotechnical reports, analysis models, design calculations and reinforcement detailing
  • Review GFC structural drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and project standards
  • Coordinate with Arch/MEP/BIM teams on openings, shafts, loads, embedments and interface resolution
  • Support value engineering by evaluating alternates and quantifying impacts on cost, time and performance
