What you'll do

• Lead and manage the design team responsible for MEPF systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection) for large-scale projects
• Oversee the development of system designs, including technical evaluations, schematics, and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior design engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
