Lead Developer​- Salesforce

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer - S alesforce to join our technology team and drive the design, development , integration , deployment , and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions .

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce development activities across configuration , customization , Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, automation , integrations , and platform enhancements
• Design and deliver scalable , secure , maintainable , and high- performing Salesforce solutions that improve user experience and enable end-to-end business processes
• Translate business requirements into technical designs , reusable components , integration patterns , and implementation approaches aligned with platform standards
• Provide technical leadership to developers through mentoring , code reviews , design guidance , troubleshooting support
• Work closely with architects , business analysts , QA teams , product owners , and stakeholders to estimate work , manage dependencies , support testing
