About the role
The Enterprise Developer Platform & Toolchain team owns the developer platforms, tools and capabilities used by software engineers across S&P Global. The team is globally distributed. You will own the reliability, availability, and performance of the developer platform services and self-hosted infrastructure that support engineers across S&P Global.
What you'll do
- Own reliability, availability and performance of platform services and self-hosted infrastructure
- Manage the patching, upgrade and vulnerability remediation lifecycle for infrastructure and tooling
- Define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, lead incident management, and report DORA and operational metrics
- Build observability, automation and disaster recovery capabilities to reduce toil and risk
- Manage vendor relationships, support SLAs and licensing
