About the role

6 to 10 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Platforms, Customer Experience, or Technology Delivery. Proven track record of delivering large-scale customer-facing digital products. Experience managing mobile applications, web-based platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead the digital transformation of guest experiences
• Own high-impact products at enterprise scale
• Own and drive the product roadmap for all customer-facing digital platforms and experiences
• Lead the enhancement of mobile applications, websites, PWAs, and digital service platforms
• Deliver integrated digital check-in and check-out capabilities, including identity verification, payments, and invoicing

What you need
