Lead Employer Brand and Communications

About the role

We’re looking for a storyteller with a reporter’s instincts and a brand builder’s heart — someone who can walk into any part of our business, spot the story worth telling, and shape it into something that moves people. If you’ve chased a byline, worked a beat, or found the real story hiding behind a press note, you already have half the skillset this role needs.

What you'll do

• Internal Communications & Culture Storytelling
• Own and evolve flagship platforms like GCPL Unscripted and GCPL Human Edit
• Create engaging content for intranet ( Unily ) and internal social platforms
• Support communication campaigns for Wellness, DEI, and employee programs
• Partner with leadership on newsletters, announcements, and video communications

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Employer branding
• Any graduate
