Lead Engineer 2 - Controls Engineering

About the role

Lead Controls Engineer is responsible for design and developing strategies for platform hardware and applications assessments of Gas Power Control solutions, working with the controls NPI networking and OT cyber teams. This position requires independently working on HMI Platform, Networking, 3rd party communication protocols and OT Cybersecurity, in a collaborative environment, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cybersecurity standards.

What you'll do

• Drive the product development and deployment of new technologies and lifecycle tools for application sizing, installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance
• Work with technical leaders, system architects, and principal engineers to develop standard procedures and test plans product design and development ensuring they meet…
• Evaluate and implement container-based technologies to enhance security posture
• Test and drive security technologies for edge devices, including firewall, IDS, endpoint security solutions within the control system
• Support field personnel in resolving technical issues and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and services to ensure seamless integration and deployment
