Lead Engineer - ATE LAB Equipment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ATE Lab Equipment Lead Engineer to manage and maintain semiconductor test equipment, including ATE testers and probers. The role involves ensuring high equipment uptime, supporting production/testing activities, and driving continuous improvement in test operations.

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of ATE testers and wafer probers
• Ensure high uptime and reliability of lab/test floor equipment
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of ATE lab equipment
• Support silicon bring-up, validation, and production test activities
• Diagnose failures and drive root cause analysis (RCA)
