As the Communications & Messaging Engineer, you will deliver roadmap and lifecycle management for Dyson’s real-time collaboration and communications ecosystem, with a core focus on Microsoft Teams collaboration, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Exchange Online and wider unified communications integration. What you'll do

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 collaboration, productivity, automation and employee experience use cases
• Partner with IT product owners and platform teams to ensure standards are followed across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, security
• Support innovation, adoption and governance across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot capabilities
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT architecture, security, service operations, vendors and Microsoft 365 delivery teams
• Translate business requirements into practical, deliverable technical designs
