What you'll do

• Develop manufacturing process plans and should-cost models for machined, sheet metal, forged, and cast components using engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
• Evaluate manufacturability, production methods, tooling, cycle times, and process selection to optimize cost, quality, and manufacturability
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), PFMEAs, Manufacturing Routers, SOPs, and Work Instructions
• Configure and maintain manufacturing data in SAP and MES (e.g., Solumina), including routers, work centers, and process parameters
• Analyze supplier quotations, validate tooling and NRE costs, and support sourcing and supplier development activities

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• SAP
• GD&T
• Siemens NX
• CATIA
• Fabrication
• Production planning
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Costing
• SOP writing
