About the role

Collaborate with Customer Data Owner to define and continuously refine the vision for analytics products, ensuring alignment with enterprise analytics strategy and business priorities. Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shiftsClear, timely, and consistent communication with stakeholders

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Customer Data Owner to define and continuously refine the vision for analytics products
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms
  • Execute reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks to restore service
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recoveryApply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads
  • Provide complete diagnostic information, impact assessment, and attempted remediation details during escalation
