Lead Engineer -Rail drainage

About the role

As a Lead Engineer within our Drainage team, you will lead the end-to-end design, coordination, and delivery of stormwater drainage solutions for major infrastructure and highway projects across all stages, including feasibility, planning, detailed design, and construction support.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and delivery of rail drainage and stormwater solutions across multiple project stages
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and guidance, including Network Rail/HS2, SuDS, Local .Authority requirements, and Sewerage Sector Guidance
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and associated risks to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
• Proactively engage with the team, lead office, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and innovative design solutions

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Revit
• B.Tech or B.E.
