The candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, coordinating with development and business teams, ensuring product quality, and mentoring QA team members.
What you'll do
- Lead the testing team and assign testing activities
- Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test schedules
- Review business requirements and technical specifications
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Ensure functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing are completed successfully
