• Work with one of the leading automotive manufacturers in India
• Manage hiring activities for the trainee programme, from sourcing to joining
• Work with hiring teams to understand trainee workforce needs
• Plan and track trainee selection schedules to keep hiring on time
• Keep compliance trackers updated for trainee hiring activities
