Lead/Expert, ERP Business Analyst (SAP FI)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant – Finance (FICO) to support global SAP transformation initiatives, including template design, solution deployment, rollouts, and application support. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across SAP Finance and Controlling processes, coupled with hands-on configuration experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Drive the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions
• Support SAP transformation initiatives across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects
• Facilitate fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and process optimization discussions
• Ensure seamless integration between Finance and adjacent SAP modules
