About the role

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end accounting, month-close, intercompany processes, and controls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role demands high ownership, sincerity, and a hands-on approach to driving standardization and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Standardization & Process Excellence: Design and roll out standardized close checklists, templates, and automation (ERP/Excel/BI)
• Audit Management: Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits; prepare PBCs, respond to queries, and close open points on time
• Drive standardization at scale and build best-in-class finance processes

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• Variance analysis
• Excel
• ERP
• SOX
• Month-end close
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA
