Lead Finance and Banking (PSS08123)

About the role

Manage and strengthen the Company's banking relationships, working capital, credit facilities and corporate treasury activities. Drive bank negotiations, credit processes, working capital management and funding requirements in close partnership with the CFO. Provide strong financial and commercial insights to support the Company's growth, liquidity and overall funding strategy.

What you'll do

• Manage relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions for working capital, credit facilities and other banking requirements
• Manage working capital facilities including CC/OD, LC, BG and other banking limits
• Prepare and review CMA data, credit proposals, business plans and financial projections
• Lead bank limit renewals, enhancements, negotiations and sanction processes
• Monitor banking covenants, sanction conditions, documentation and compliance requirements

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis

• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA
