Lead Financial Analyst – Operations & Commercial

About the role

Beyond technical finance execution, this role requires someone who can act as a trusted business partner - working closely with internal stakeholders to influence decisions, shape strategy, and drive financial accountability across functions.

What you'll do

• Own and lead capacity modeling for Clinical Operations staff - ensuring headcount is tightly aligned with patient volume, operational targets, and cost objectives
• Own headcount management reporting across Clinical Ops and Commercial teams - tracking actuals, performing detailed actual vs. plan variance analysis
• Lead budget and forecast cycles in close partnership with Operations and Commercial leaders - building rigorous
• Own and maintain gross margin workbooks on a monthly basis, incorporating actuals with precision and producing variance commentary that drives decision-making
• Conduct ROI and cost-impact analysis on process improvements, product changes, and new initiatives
