About the role

The Lead - FP & A (DGM/GM) role exists to lead FP&A and Business Finance for key brands in Indonesia, with end-to-end responsibility for management P&L, planning, forecasting, MIS, commercial analytics, and business partnering.

What you'll do

• Own the management P&L and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews
• Analyse Actual vs Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year performance; identify key variances and drive actions to close performance gaps
• Partner with Operations on store-level sales, COGS, labour, and other controllable cost performance
• Monitor and drive gross margin initiatives across dine-in and delivery channels to support organisation targets
• Lead the annual budget, strategic planning process, and monthly rolling forecasts

What you need
