About the role

To lead, strategize, and oversee fire safety policies and compliance across all group businesses, ensuring risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and innovation in fire safety practices while fostering a culture of safety and resilience.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and integrate businessspecific fire safety requirements into groupwide frameworks, ensuring contextual relevance and scalability
• Drive periodic reviews with business heads to assess the alignment of fire safety measures with organizational priorities
• Develop and operationalize a risk assessment framework for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating firerelated risks across diverse industries
• Establish protocols for continuous monitoring of fire risks, including highrisk industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure
• Deploy risk control measures tailored to businessspecific needs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
