Lead- Firmware Development

About the role

Key activities include but not limited are:1. Accountable and owner of technical decisions during firmware development 2. A good knowledge on digital control of power converters, state machine, communication protocols like CAN, SPI, UART & USB at driver and application layer is a must 8. Focus on automation of testing and help/guide validation/ manufacturing team for automating the test.11.

What you'll do

• Mentoring firmware team and establish process for firmware, development, release and version tacking
• Write and own the firmware requirements document 3
• Work as interface between hardware, manufacturing, testing and firmware team and influence technical decisions6
• Analyse and identify the root cause(s) of the problems and develop alternatives to solve the problems7
• Lead the technical review meetings9

What you need
