Lead Forward Deployed

About the role

As the Forward Deployed Engineering Lead, you will serve as the primary technical owner for strategic enterprise customers, driving their AI transformation journey from implementation through long-term expansion. You will architect and deploy customer-specific AI solutions, integrate with enterprise technology ecosystems, lead customer-facing technical engagements, and manage a team of engineers delivering business-critical workflows.

What you'll do

• Owning customer technical roadmaps and delivery outcomes
• Designing and deploying AI-powered applications and agent-based workflows
• Leading integrations across ERP, CRM, identity, and data platforms
• Driving model evaluation, optimisation, and customer-specific fine-tuning initiatives
• Managing technical stakeholder relationships and executive communications
