Lead – Fundraising & Partnerships, Mumbai

About the role

This role focuses on expanding sustainable urban and rural livelihood opportunities and nurturing social entrepreneurship across India. The ideal candidate combines strong network connections, compelling proposal-writing skills, and expertise in multi-channel communications to secure new funding, steward donor relationships, and manage high-level partnerships.

What you'll do

• Partnership Development & Fundraising: Build and manage strategic partnerships with global foundations, Indian corporates, CSR entities
• Proposal Writing & Documentation: Lead end-to-end proposal development, crafting customized funding pitches, concept notes, grant applications, briefing papers
• Donor Stewardship & Networking: Build strong, long-term relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
• Event Logistical & Admin Support: Provide administrative and logistical coordination for conferences, workshops, retreats, donor meetings, and external events

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience
• Social media

• MBA or BBA
