Lead HR (D2C FMCG Start-up)

About the role

8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within D2C, FMCG, consumer products, food-tech, retail or high-growth startup environments. Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling HR functions in entrepreneurial or founder-led organizations. Proven ability to operate in a hands-on capacity while simultaneously contributing at a strategic level.

What you'll do

• Build & lead HR from the ground up
• Partner directly with the founders/promoters
• Serve as the first HR leader for the organization and build the HR function from the ground up
• Partner closely with the founders to develop and execute the people strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish HR policies, processes, governance frameworks and employee lifecycle practices
