Lead I - Software Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer – Java Backend with 5–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot, AWS, NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and search technologies such as OpenSearch/Elasticsearch .

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Build production-grade backend services following REST API design best practices
• Work with AWS services , including configuration management using AWS Systems Manager (SSM) Parameter Store
• Develop solutions using NoSQL databases such as ScyllaDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or equivalent
• Implement search capabilities using OpenSearch and/or Elasticsearch
