Lead II BPM Role Summary We are seeking an experienced FACETS Business Analyst BPM to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams supporting our clients healthcare administration platform. The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, Healthcare BPM operations, FACETS capabilities, claims processing, enrollment, provider management, and benefits configuration.

What you'll do

• Ensure solutions align with healthcare payer business processes, BPM operational workflows, and business objectives
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and BPM operations teams to support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
