Lead Infrastructure Engineer - NCS Telecom Implementation

About the role

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms team, you will play a critical role in building, and optimizing the infrastructure platforms that support our global operations. You will drive technical strategy, mentor fellow engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, secure, and performant systems.

What you'll do

• Orchestrate post-order carrier milestones across the delivery lifecycle; track progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation to keep delivery predictable
• Coordinate install and cutover execution, including site/provider scheduling, internal handoffs, maintenance windows, and execution readiness
• Plan and execute testing aligned to agreed acceptance criteria; capture and manage test evidence and implementation exceptions through to resolution or documented…
• Complete BAU handover with closure evidence and required metadata; ensure documentation quality supports operational readiness and auditability
• Execute decommission/disconnect activities where in scope, with appropriate governance and closure evidence
