Lead Infrastructure Engineer-Network

About the role

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms team, you'll help build a meaningful engineering discipline, combining software, Infrastructure, and systems to develop creative engineering solutions to help solving operations problems. Much of our support and software development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure and reducing work through automation.

What you'll do

• Applies technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope and executes creative solutions for design, development
• Design and deliver secure, resilient, and self-healing network instrumentation platforms aligned to firmwide engineering standards
• Architect and evolve high-availability packet aggregation and analytics services in partnership with Network Operations and Cybersecurity
• Install, productionize, and support network packet and flow monitoring devices using approved procedures and runbooks
• Execute product and code upgrades in accordance with change and release management guidelines
