Lead Infrastructure Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM The Lead Engineer (LE) serves as a principal technical leader within customer projects, overseeing the deployment and transition of technical solutions to address client requirements. Acting as a bridge between high-level architectural design and hands-on delivery, the LE ensures that solutions are practical, scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with both organizational objectives and specific customer demands.

What you'll do

• Act as the main contact for customer technical teams and, with the Project Manager, present the full solution architecture to the customer
• Support the Bid team on technical designs: review Target Design Documents, anticipate on-premises and central provisioning
• Work with Implementation Engineers to produce accurate delivery effort estimates
• Define and run release management, including deployment readiness, environment validation, rollback planning and post-deployment checks
• Lead capacity planning and performance tuning across platforms and infrastructure for scalability, stability and efficient resource use
