Lead - Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology Group

About the role

The role is responsible for strengthening IT infrastructure delivery through proactive stakeholder management, strategic vendor partnerships, governance discipline, audit readiness and effective IT communication across SPNI. The incumbent will work closely with the CIO, CISO, CTO, business heads, SPE compliance teams and ETG leadership to align expectations, pre-empt escalations, build trust and ensure high adoption of key IT initiatives.

What you'll do

• Stakeholder Partnership, Governance and Communication
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with the CIO, CISO, CTO, business heads, SPE compliance teams and ETG leadership through a consistent governance cadence
• Align stakeholder expectations, pre-empt escalations and ensure infrastructure delivery remains trusted, visible and business-focused
• Drive structured IT communication across SPNI, including leadership updates, monthly newsletters and change communication for major technology rollouts
• Strengthen vendor and partner management with strategic partners such as Kyndryl/IBM, Okta, Microsoft, SAP, Zscaler and SolarWinds
