Lead Investor Relations & M&A (General Manager)

About the role

To lead the Investor Relations (IR) function while actively supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. The role will focus on building a strong investment narrative, managing investor relationships, and supporting inorganic growth strategies, including deal evaluation, execution, and communication.

What you'll do

• Investor Relations & Capital Markets
• Experience leading end-to-end Investor Relations strategy for a listed organization
• Strong track record of managing earnings calls, investor meetings, analyst interactions, and roadshows
• Capability to effectively communicate business performance, strategy, and growth outlook to the investment community
• Strategy Communication & Positioning

What you need
