About the role

The role bridges business and development teams, cross-functional technical teams, and senior stakeholders to plan, manage, and implement change effectively. Operating at both strategic and delivery level, the role owns technical risk, drives resourcing and financial compliance, and leads senior resources to ensure consistent, high-quality project outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead technical delivery of infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, transitions, offshoring/onboarding) from design through go-live
• Own project-level technical risk, dependencies, and issue resolution across cross-functional technical teams (Wintel, Middleware, Database, Network, Security Ops
• Work with business and development teams to plan, manage, and implement changes as part of project delivery
• Drive transition/knowledge-transfer (KT) plans for offshored or resourced workstreams, ensuring service continuity
• Contribute to CMDB, Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes as they relate to project delivery
