Lead, Lease Administration

About the role

We are looking for a Lease Administration Lead to join our Asset Management team.

What you'll do

• Track and maintain all critical lease dates , including renewal, termination, escalation, notice, lock-in, and other contractual milestones
• Ensure accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and updating of lease records in REFX and other lease management systems
• Ensure Rent bill tracker for existing portfolio is maintained
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive lease abstracts , capturing key commercial, financial, and contractual terms
• Manage documentation for new leases, renewals, amendments, side letters and attornments

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• SAP
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
