Lead − Leasing

About the role

Develop and execute leasing plans to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenue generation. Support evaluation of new warehousing and leasing opportunities. Conduct financial modeling, IRR analysis, feasibility studies, and business case assessments. Assist in investment decision-making and expansion initiatives.

What you'll do

• Drive lease closures through LOI, term sheet, and lease agreement execution
• Coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders for timely documentation and approvals
• Develop and execute leasing plans to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenue generation
• Support evaluation of new warehousing and leasing opportunities
• Conduct financial modeling, IRR analysis, feasibility studies, and business case assessments
