We're looking for someone who has: Experience handling merger and acquisition transactions. Confidence reviewing financial statements and business data. Experience preparing investment notes and deal presentations. Comfort working with internal teams and external advisers. Permanent employment. What you'll do

• Identify and review potential merger and acquisition opportunities
• Build financial models to assess deal value and business impact
• Prepare investment papers and clear reports for decision-makers
• Review financial information during due diligence and highlight key findings
• Work with internal finance teams to gather data for transaction reviews
