Lead Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Lead - Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, and optimize robust manufacturing processes for existing Radiometer products, and product enhancements. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Operations and is part of the Radiometer India Operations team located in Bengaluru, BDC, India a nd will be an on-site role.

• Responsible for designing, developing, and optimize robust manufacturing processes for existing Radiometer products, and product enhancements
• Define manufacturing equipment requirements and collaborate with internal teams and external machine builders to deliver solutions that support business growth and…
• Resolve issues related to fixtures, tooling, parts, and manufacturing systems to minimize impact on productivity, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and takt time
• Design, develop, and optimize robust manufacturing processes for existing products, and product enhancements

What you need

• 6–10 years in mechanical & production
• FMEA
• Lean manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• TPM
• GMP
• Machining
• B.Tech or B.E.
